WHOLE BODY FIT (WBFIT) held at New Leaf Studio in Lawson, and virtual to your home Thursdays. Each virtual session can also be viewed on-demand for a week if you can’t attend virtually at the session time.  

PRIVATE SESSIONS held at New Leaf Studio in LAWSON & Lower Mountains Physiotherapy in FAULCONBRIDGE.

INDIVIDUAL FITNESS TRAINING including for athletic performance; CORE & PELVIC FLOOR at any time in life; POST NATAL recovery & guided return to fitness; PRENATAL core, pelvic floor, posture, strength, preparing for birthing & recovery; SURGICAL PREPARATION & RECOVERY (hysterectomy & other gynae surgery, breast cancer, hernia repair, etc.)

*FUNFIT 60+ held at Faulconbridge Community Hall. This is a program of the Springwood Neighbourhood Centre, open to anyone aged 60+. No sign-up necessary! Runs during school terms. $10 cash per session. Contact me if you need more info.
